Personal Presents has been trading since 1995, and the personalised gifts website is the latest element of our product offering and customer service.

It is owned and managed by Jennie Matthews and Phil Hertel, located just north of Slough in Berkshire.

Jennie's background is children's mail order, having worked as a product buyer for Bounty, Mothercare, and Tesco over the years.

Phil's background is advertising communications, having worked for Saatchi & Saatchi, Ogilvy & Mather, and Tempus Group over a 15 year career.
